The most important part of the 360 Feedback process is creating an actionable and measureable action plan to address key results. We will focus on the “critical few” actions that will generate the most impact. I will help you brainstorm development strategies. I will both challenge and support you with your action plan. I will also hold you accountable to execute the targeted behavior changes outlined in your action plan. Using the analogy of a personal trainer coach, we all know that weight strengthening, diet, and exercise yield weight loss and toning. Why don’t we faithfully follow this prescription for health and fitness? Because we often need the challenge, support and visible accountability a coaching structure provides.
