It is estimated that over 90% of coaching is conducted over the phone. Given our busy lives and comfort with technology, telephone coaching can be highly efficient. There is no travel time for you. You can literally participate in your coaching session from any corner of the world. Phone coaching sessions last approximately 45 minutes in length.
Some clients prefer to combine convenience with the feel of face-to-face coaching, which we accomplish using the “Web”. All you need is a computer, a microphone and a webcam and voila` we are “face-to-face”! Virtual coaching via the web is especially valuable when your coaching involves working with visual maps. In addition, via virtual web coaching, I can simultaneously, graphically record our session for a visual record of your insights and action plans. In addition to seeing your map or customized session graphic, both of our live video images continue to be visible on the computer screen. Web coaching sessions last approximately 45 minutes in length.
Whether coaching by phone or via the Web is available, I provide team coaching to increase the team’s effectiveness and group performance. Typically, the team will complete a team effectiveness assessment, either Team Coaching International’s Team Diagnostic™ or Team 360 Assessment. The Team Diagnostic provides the team with their internal view of performance. The Team 360 Assessment provides invaluable external feedback to the team from those impacted by the team’s everyday performance. I use the feedback data, with teams, to explore what drives their effectiveness and what needs to be in place to result in their improved performance. Coaching sessions result in open, honest dialogue and identification and implementation of new behaviors and team norms.
